Online and In-Store Return Policy

Our aim is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

We are pleased to accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in resalable condition.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from dust and hair.
  • Returns for food or body care items cannot be accepted due to health and safety concerns.
  • Items from the sale collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds are not available for gift cards.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for damages to products after purchase. If you suspect a defective item, kindly reach out to us.

Initiating Your Online Return:

After familiarizing yourself with our return policy, please send us an email including your order number, along with details of the items you wish to return: name, size, quantity, and reason for return. We will provide a complimentary pre-paid return label. For shipping, please use a box or packaging similar to the original to avoid additional shipping fees.

Once you have mailed your return back to us, please allow 3-5 business days for processing once the package has been marked as delivered. Our team will evaluate the item(s) and determine whether a full refund is applicable or if restocking fees apply. We hold the right to review and decide on the return in accordance with our policy upon receipt.

Once a return is initiated, you have 30 days to ship the item(s) back; otherwise, the return label will no longer be valid.

In-store returns are also accepted within the 60-day window, adhering to the aforementioned item condition requirements. Proof of purchase is necessary for in-store returns. Refunds will be processed at the purchase price.

Sale shelf items, food products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Online Exchange Process:

Given our dynamic inventory changes, we are unable to facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and proceed to place a new order for the desired item(s).If your original order included a discount, kindly mention this when contacting us about your return.
